You can use 'double row' 0.1" pitch pin strip, such as available  
from Maplins in the UK: www.maplin.co.uk, part no JW62S. It is easily 
cut to length.

These do exist, but are harder to come by - I've used some from 
Maplin's in the past, but they don't seem to list them anymore. I 
suspect they are easier to get from the pot makers themselves, but 
(I'm guessing here) only if you want to buy large numbers. I have 
Doepfer modules with Alpha pots with a separate bracket, but Doepfer 
now seem to favour 'Diya' with the bracket integral to the pot (see A-
100 DIY page for picture). I've no idea if it is possible to source 
these from anywhere (indeed, searching the web to find out who Diya 
are seems to be a major challenge...).
