If one is looking for similar possibilities in a not too expensive, used synth I can recommend the ensoniq ESQ/SQ series definitely (at ebay ESQ1 around 100EUR!). Four Envelopes, three LFOS, real satisfying modulation matrix, Hardsync Crossmod; and not to forget a very good builtin sequencer, which offers good live playback capabilities (realtime mute for each track in direct access) and masterkeyboard fuctions!
