Doepfer

Has Doepfer considered allowing more than 1 US rep to sell their modular products?  It seemed to me when I was shopping a long time ago that the US prices were a lot higher than the European prices for the same items.  If there was more than 1 US dealer, it should reduce prices for US customers, no?
