Doepfer

hello,

I must agree with Bakis for the most part on which
Doepfer filters to get, also to add the Wasp filter
for a bit of additional character.

But I have to disagree with him on the Asys comb
filter: I do really like this filter but you should
look at it in a different way. Actually it is one of
my fav Asys modules, at least because Doepfer has
similar modules to the others they make but not this
one (yet)...and I usually prefer the Doepfer versions.


I primarily use the RS-120 for overdrive/distortion
effects and since its a BBD depending on how you set
the delay time can introduce some flanging/phasing. I
wouldn't classify it as smooth. So perhaps that is not
useful in his or other people's music. I do have some
mp3s that I can put on my FTP if you email me
privately.
