Hi Florian, I think you are missing the "king" of the MIDI-CV converters, the encore expressionist: http://www.encoreelectronics.com/cont_expres.html I own a expressionist and a Kenton Pro-2000 along the Doepfer A190, the expressionist is the best by far...
