Thanks Bakis! Now its uploaded for everyone...I had a
few requests for it offline as well.

It is named "conversion.jpg". Feel free to change the
name to something less vague or move it around the
files section. I will also add it to the "Tips and
Tricks" page in the Doepfer section of my site -
