Bravo For the lederhosen! The ramsey radio is a direct conversion device and the tuning
is voltage controlled by biasing a generic (1n4001) diode 0 to 9 volts, the tuning range
isnt that extensive but will work well, you will need an external antenna (about 50 ft)
and is cost effective. Stick a vatrol to control the volume and you have a good start.
