A125 vs MoogerFooger

I'm considering getting rid of my MoogerFooger Phaser MF103 and 
replacing it with a Doepfer A125 Phase shifter. Is this a wise move ?
Does the Doepfer perform as well. I notice it's only a 6 stage phaser 
whereas the MoogerFooger is a 12 stage..........
