Doepfer

after a frustrating re-arrangment of my entire doepfer setup i updated
the files for the doepfer module planner to include all 
the new modules with power rating and current price for US customers
(still says euro but the total is in US$)

this is an unofficial update based off the update posted in the files
area from august, you still need to download the original program from
Algorithmic Arts
