I assume, you use A-110 as VCO. There are two possibilities:
1.) detune the both VCOs. A 5th should be just in the range of the tune 
potis.
2.) Take a fixed voltage (e.g. always one of the outputs of the A160/161 
is at +5V if ther is no Cclock sent to the module) and feed it to the 
CV2 Input. The amount of the CV2-poti will set the detune.
