Doepfer

Hi group.  New guy here with a small question regarding the MAQ.  Is 
it possible to advance the sequencer by using midi note messages.   
This way I can make my own rhythms.  My evolver has this ability and 
its a joy to be able to make really complex rhythm/sequences.  

To take this one step further.  Is it possible to advance one row of 
the MAQ with one midi note message and advance another row with a 
second mide note message?
