Doepfer

hello joost,

i've spoken with dieter doepfer about this module
several months ago. afaik this module is in a very
early planning stage and no decisions about the design
have been made yet. the module will probably use
cem-filters, because they have the best tracking.
good tracking is very important in such a filter design.
on the other hand there are lots of cem-filters
available already. from my point of view it would be
much more interesting to have a balanced routing module,
which is basically the same, but without the filters.
instead of the filters this module could have lots
of input/output jacks, we could connect any filters
we like and of course we would not be limited to
filters at all. for example, a nice application
would be vco fm :-)
