What you want to do is use two sequencers with quantizers and delay 
the gate that increments one of the sequencers.  With the quantizer 
you ensure that the voltages will be identical and with the gate 
delay you can precisely control when the next voltage happens.  Use a 
voltage controlled gate delay and you are starting to have a bunch of 
fun.
