This is a followup to my dealings with hybrid cases .  I'm posting this
because I know that there were a number of people interested in purchasing
one if things went well with mine.  They were unaware that I was checking
these out & was intending on reviewing them.
 
I tried to order a 12" deep 12 rack space rack from these guys.  I asked a
couple of questions via email, and I got a kurt response that said that I
should call them instead of having to go "back and forth" via email.  I was
a bit put off, but hey, maybe they are too busy to deal with email.
 
I called & ordered a case - I asked them to send me the UPS tracking number
when they shipped so that i could arrange to be home when it arrived.  They
told me that it was in stock & would ship right away.
 
2-3 days passed & so I emailed politely asking if it had shipped & if so,
what the tracking # was.  no response.
the next day I called & left a message.  no response
I emailed once more & got another kurt response "orders ship within a few
days of orders".  thats' it.  it' was already almost a week.  I emailed them
again the next day & basically said "please ship out my order by tomorrow or
cancel my order & refund my money".... by this time I was getting concerned.
...No response.
I emailed again yesterday & said "contact me or I'm disputing the paypal
charge".  No response.
I had to dispute the paypal charge today to get my money back, and I did get
a refund (and a rather rude response & excuse).
.. so while I don't think they are scammers, they have very poor customer
service.  don't expect to get responses for your enquiries, and don't expect
your case to ship in less than a week.  (who knows how long it would have
taken if I had continued to wait).  
My advice to to steer clear of these guys no matter how cheap they are...
