hello john, i think that your choises, as a sound prossecing system, are fine. if i would have to add somthing would be the a137 wave multiplier. as for the filter: i really like the a106 xtreme filter. instead of this , if you do not like the ms20 sound, the a108 is an amazing filter too, as is the a107(more expensive though) and the a101-1. but for your first doepfer filter i would reccomend the a108 for warmth, or the a106 for dirty sounds. a slew limiter would be also useful , if you have the space. and i guess you can add many other amazing modules(a101-3, a107, a196, etc.) in a second case, later... best regards, bakis. --- jkn@johei.com wrote: > > I'm thinking about a very minimal initial purchase > of a suitcase or rack > (undecided - probably suitcase).
