Hi Florian,

my name is Heinz...i thought it was evident from my e-mail address.   
 
it is only my frustration with the Euro-bureaucracy that sort of burst
forth there in my earlier post...there's a tendency to regulate
everyone and everything, and it struck me that electronics parts that
have been in use for decades without any ill effects could have well
been left alone. 

admittedly i didn't think at that moment of the problems lead mining
is causing for people - i concede you have made a very good point there.
