WANTED more suggestions, please...

2005-05-12 by martin_rudling

Hi. If you´ve been logged off for a while and happen to see this
message, please don´t pass it by just because it´s some weeks old,
every comment that I received so far has led to important adjustments
in my sys-planning!

Right now I would be very happy for some advice regarding the choice
of filters!

For example, anyone could say something about choosing A108-filter or
A121 Multimode fltr??? Also very uncertain about choosing A124-Wasp
filter or A106-1Extreme filter.(?)

Thank you very much Ingo for yr help. I removed one of the a134 VC-
panning and added an a175 inverter as you suggested. One thing that I
did NOT do, as you will see, is to add another LFO. This is because
of my intentions of using ONE "master tempo" generated from a single
lfo, and then reproduce (using multiples) different versions of it
with the clock dividers, (please tell me if this isn´t realistic!).
Then I aim to "mix" these different versions to generate a sum -
internally synced - lfo, then send this to VCA, VC-panning and VCF.
For this I would obviously have a lot help from the future
model "a143-4" which still is at development stage. (no release date
planned so far, D Doepfer replied this morning; after I had expressed
my wishes to him in an e-mail yesterday...)

Anyway. My own logic tells me I can do these things in other ways,
and if someone has the opposite experience, please shout out to me
very loud!!!

I didn´t completely understand yr solutions that should make the
second (now removed) a134 unnecessary, but of course I´m willing to
believe you... Well, my intention with it was to use one of them as
a regular panning mod, and the other to experiment with, for
instance, shifting between to filters...

Ok. Here comes the, since yesterday, updated list:
