mine too.
the ms20 tracking is not awfull. maybe just the mcv24
is not made for connecting hz/volt synths(or works
fine only with some specific hz/volt synths?).
btw, the mcv24 for me works great for controlling all
of my modulars(doepfer, technosaurus, my oberheim sem,
2voice, integrator) but i have never tryed it to
control my ms20... 
for my ms20 i use a kenton pro-solo.
