Hardly, that would be bad statistics, indeed. What percentage of members
of this yahoo group even pay attention to discussion, much less polls? How
many people signed on to have access to files or pictures, but left mail
delivery turned off?

You'd be better off, if you must try to account for people who didn't
vote, to determine how many votes *other* polls typically get, arrive at
some average poll-participation number, then you can begin to look at the
factor of whether or not a certain module was unattractive enough that
people didn't even bother to vote (in their usual numbers).
