oh, i misunderstood. i thought you needed information if
the a133 can be modified to act as an offset generator.

the a133 itself cannot act as an offset generator, it can
only amplify/attenuate/invert voltages which are present
at the input of the module. without any voltage present at
the input it is doing nothing.
