but keep in mind that the 129/3 will not perform well for 
audiosignals....they are "lowpassed" at some point
  by the slew limiting circuit; so for  FM+offset, this module is not 
the right choice.
on the other hand it serves really well for multiple manual cv-sources, 
so probably you'd be best of with *both* options ;-)
