Doepfer

Hi everyone. I want to build or obtain (if anyone knows of a
manufacturer) what I could be regarded as a backwards mixer or
distributor.

At it's simplest it's 1 input feeding 4 outputs with level controls.

Anyone have a simple schematic or suggestions?
