For this I'd recommend another approach: Usage of several voltage reference sources (e.g. TL431) with adjustable output voltages. For adjustment (e.g. 1.00V, 2.00V ...) I'd recommend 25-turn precision trimming potentiometers. This avoids the need of 0.1% resistors with the right values. The TL431 data sheet can be found in the internet.
