hello ingo, moogy,
no. the problem is that moogy does not have a vca
patched after his vco.
so, moogy, here's what connections you need for a
basic synth patch:
voyager cv out-> a185 cv in(from there the cv signal
is internaly distributed, via the system bus, to the
doepfer a110 vco's, no more connections to the a110's
needed)

voyager gate out-> a185 gate in(from there the gate
signal is internally distributed, via the system bus,
to the a140 envelopes, no more connections to the
a140's needed)

a110 audio out-> vcf audio in
vcf audio out->vca audio in.
vca audio out-> your mixing console.
a140 cv output-> vca cv input(for controlling the
volume of your synth sound)
a140 cv output->vcf cv input(for controlling the
timbre/brilliance of the sound)
so, now everything should work fine.
and do get a book about modular synthesis. it is the
only way to really apreciate the value of your modular
system.
