Doepfer

Toady one of my Doepfer racks didn't power up. I assumed a fuse had blown.
I tried another one that i wasn't sure would work, nothing.

I pulled out another rack, removed it's fuse and tried it in the first rack -nothing.
I placed the fuse back in the second rack now it has no power.

Any one have this happen?
