Each A-100 PSU board (except the very first series from 1996/1997) is equipped with two LEDs: one for +12V, one for -12V. The assignment of the LEDs to +/-12V is explained by the silk screen printing on the pc board. In addition each bus board is equipped with three LEDs: +12V, -12V and +5V. The +5V LED lights up only if a 5V power supply is in use (additional +5V PSU board or the low cost 5V adapter A-100AD5). The LEDs for +12V and -12V have to light up in every case for correct operation.
