Hi folks,

Apologies in advance for the long post but I couldn't think any 
other way to introduce myself!

I'm new to the group and have just made a start on my own A-100 
system. I have wanted a modular synth for many years and drooled 
over the A-100 since its inception. I had initially planned to start 
my system later this year after a mid year overseas holiday but in 
talking about my plans with a fellow synth aficionado he mentioned 
that a friend of his was selling his A-100 system which he never 
used, was taking up rack space and gathering dust. 

I was given a list of modules contained in the 6U rack along with 
the asking price and I determined that I was getting a real bargain. 
The list included 2 A-110 VCOs which later turned out to be A-111 
VCOs – My bargain just got better!

I've had a brief play with my rather modest setup and I have to say 
this thing is utterly awesome and I suspect it is going to become 
the main tool in my studio however I feel that I am missing some 
rather necessary modules. SOOOO, I am now on the hunt for more 
modules which brings me to two points:
• Firstly, Hugh; I'm interested in purchasing some of the modules 
you advertised here a short while ago but your email is bouncing 
please contact me if you still have any modules for sale.
• Secondly, I've noticed from various pictures that some of you have 
quite large systems mounted in wooden rack enclosures and was 
wondering if you needed to do anything special regarding ventilation 
and heat dissipation.
