First, thank you to Dieter and everyone, I'm sorry for the length of this post but I am hoping the details will help. The issue first appeared after I switched locations on the A-179 and the A-198. I had thought the issue was a miseligned connection to the board, I know am more convinced that this was the last straw for an over taxed PSU. Regarding fuse type, that has been already posted. I hope that the problem may be a miscalculation on module draw. If the older units can only handle 650MA I am over by about 60MA. Removing my A-126 should do it. Here is a list of the modules in order of mounthing and their power requirements: 6 space rack with a pre-2005 power supply, TOP ROW Left to right 174 40MA 113 50MA = 100MA@=5V 150MA 170 20MA 111 40MA 110 70MA 126 100MA 118 20MA BOTTOM ROW left to right 179 50MA 104 50MA 121 30MA 180 138 20MA 130 20MA 140 20MA 145 30MA 198 50MA Thanks, TD
