No.

But I think, there is aworkaround for you: The Foot Ctrl2 is intended 
for the usage with a potentiometer (see fig 1 on page 4 of 
http://www.doepfer.de/a100_man/A177_man.pdf).

You may simulate a potentiometer by a resistor and a change over switch:

Sleeve ----+---+
            |   |
           /*   R
Ring-----*     R
            *   R
            |   |
Tip--------+---+


R is a 47kOhm resistor.

Usually the switches in pedals a change over switchees where only one 
position is used. So you need only a new cable with three wires and a 
stereo jack instead of the usual mono jack.
