Doepfer

Hello everyone,
John on the Wiard list suddenly made me realize I should put the word out about a slightly 
Doepfer-related event in Miami, Florida (for those of you nearby). 

I'm playing Friday night, March 3, as part of the Subtropics festival. The event will take place 
at the Dorsch Gallery (Wynwood art district) with Gustavo Matamoros (electronics/saw) and 
Jorge Gonsalvez, who paints light on the wall.

I will play percussion and analog modular -- the Doepfer suitcase, with some Plan B and 
Livewire included for good measure. 

Also, on Saturday, I'll have the Southeastern premiere of my opera about Emperor Norton, "I, 
Norton" with the Florida International University new music ensemble performing. It will 
probably include a bit of live modular playing as well, but in a background role.
