I don't see it for audio purposes (ok it would always make noise, but 
nothing controlled), but it could be very interesting in the context of 
creating adresses for sequencing. This leads me back to (HOW COULD I 
FORGET THIS!!!....) my old wish of a real "Modular Sequencing System"!

Ill do a new mail with it...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
