i joint  the module A-144 with A-135 and A-108 with A-135 as manual's instruction, and i used VCO from another G6 and feedback from random, same another G6, i ask if is possible the power supply of module A-144,A-135,A-108, crashed? or what's happened?

First of all you should take a look at the fuse at the rear panel.
