Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows what the standard tuning to get 
1V/Oct on the MCV24 is? 

Is it:

Tune Note #1: 0
CV #1 Coarse: 0
CV #1 Fine: 0

and 

Tune Note #2: 96
CV #1 Coarse: 102
CV #1 Fine: 17

as it says in the manual? that doesn't seem to work on any of my 
1V/Oct synths.

I'm not the MCV24 specialist but as far as I know it is not possible to tell
you the settings for exactly 1V/Octave as there are small tolerances between
the units (DAC tolerances) that can be adjusted by software. If you need
details please contact Christian Assall: software@doepfer.de. He is our
MCV24 specialist and has written both the firmware and user's manual of the
MCV24.

hello dieter,
very nice!
that plus four expander modules would make great
modules for 4-voice polysynth patches.
the expander modules will be connected to the a135-2
via ribbon cables, right?

Right. No soldering will be necessary, just ribbon cables similar to the bus
connection or A-154/A-155 wiring.
