Doepfer

I seen some freeware program on the internet a year ago that allows
you to plan your modular while calculating the price+overall current.
There were a few versions, one for dotcom, doepfer etc. but I'm
looking for the doepfer version. 

Sadly, the website (Algorithmic Arts) doesn't have the program anymore
and I've been looking around for months with no avail. So my question
is this: Has anyone have a copy of this program and are willing to
send it to me?

I had this on my previous computer and I usually keep installation 
files.  In this case I didn't.  I do have the executable and updated 
files for additional modules, but the program wants a stamin32.dll 
which I don't seem to have or be able to find on the internet.
