Do you want a +1.00 default voltage at the switching contacts of the input
sockets for usage of the control #1 and switch #1 as a common tuning knob
with polarity switch and usage of the switches of the other inputs as +/- 1
octave switches:
 

  o yes, with +1volts default voltage on input 1 only 
  o yes, with +1volts default voltage on inputs 1 and 2
