Doepfer

I have the WASP filter.
It's pretty nice.
Particularly the high pass, and also the band pass modes.
I believe it's what you'd call an analogue filter, though it is described as 
using digital inverters in an unusual way.
I don't understand how it works, but I'd describe it as rather buzzie 
(indeed, like the sound of a wasp or bee) and a bit crude.

i agree with you.i like my wasp filter very much.i
particularly like the notch mode!i have ordered a
second wasp filter in order to run a vco thru two wasp
filters in parallel(in notch modes both)to create a
phaser!
