Hacking LEDs onto an A-144 Morpher

Hacking LEDs onto an A-144 Morpher

2007-12-15 by (i think you can figure that out)

All,

We made a delivery at Analogue haven this afternoon, felt I had earned
a treat and picked up one of these guys. Always wanted one.

I went ahead and added LEDs to the four phase outputs this afternoon.
A pretty easy procedure which I though some of you might appreciate.
This is just one of many ways of doing this and does so without
putting on too much of a load to the A144 outputs. Works fine.

Here's what you do:

hope you like it,

nice! and thanks Peter! so what else are you all doing with the a144?
seems like it was sold for the VC-Mixer but, there should be a lot of other
cool tricks with this one. I have one and not the mixer, and like the 144
and have had some random fun with it, I guess as almost a random mult. But
keep meaning to do more with it. I need to look again but I guess I'm not
totally clear on what the output wave is in relation to the in. Guess a
scope would come in handy to see what's going on.
best,
phil
