Makenoise ModDeMod says "boys will make noise" between the center transformers.

I have an Analogue Solutions module that has "scooby doo" randomly printed
on the circuit board. Has anyone discovered any other "easter eggs" on
modules?

bob from analogue solutions seems to like such "easter eggs",
i found two of them on my sy02 filter module.
the one on the jack pcb says "gold und liebe" and the
one on the small middle pcb says "music for parties".

best wishes

Some of the early Harvestman modules have things like "GEBLARO", "POLYP GRUEL", and "CTO
XYEB" on the boards. Lately I've been too forgetful or too short on free PCB space to do more,
but I'll try!

Not a module and perhaps a typo instead of an easteregg, but in the
Roland SH-1 the external input has a led which displays "over lord".

So we will have to introduce such easter eggs in new new pc boards too :-)

I remember the first time I popped open one of my Seq. Circuits Pro-
One - a few crazy things on the PCB - a fairly large Buddha being the
one one I remember most. There was an effects box - I don't remember
what company - that had a hole on the back panel and when you looked
into it you saw a picture of a guy waving back at you. I've laid out
PCBs back when you did it 2X sized with tape and after all the work
was done you really felt like leaving you mark on the thing in some
non-technical way for sure. There are few pieces I've done that you
won't see unless you have to replace a large Cap or PCB mounted power
transformer.

It would be lovely, but please don't let it delay production too much! Any
update on the status of those new modules expected to be out this month?

Monroe

The modules should arrive next week and then we start to deliver all modules
that have been ordered already. Only the A-137-2 Wave Multiplier II has been
redesigned and will be available nor before fall 2008 (manual shift controls
and eight internal single outputs have been added, details on our website).

what I think would be a great doepfer module is single speakers in a
euro faceplate , so you could buy 2 and put it in your modular cabinet,
like an ARP 2600.

I think, speaker faceplates for the Euro-frames are available from Knürr.
