+5v question

+5v question

2008-08-06 by elminkopeligroso

Hi folks

I want to install two Analogue Solutions modules requiring +5v power into a Doepfer wooden
budget case and have a couple of questions:

* Is installing the +5v adaptor straightforward?

* Do I need an adaptor for each +5v module or how many can I run from one adaptor?

Thanks in advance
Mark

Hi Mark

like the cable of a standard module.

not necessarily. http://www.doepfer.de/a100z_e.htm says up to 100mA. Pay
attention: this is the current on the 5V rail, not the all over current
consumption of the modul.
