Parallel Worlds - "Obsessive Surrealism"

2008-11-09 by Mikhail Novikov

Hello!

As I recently got hands on Bakir Siros not-so-new LP, I would want to
share my impressions with the group. If you have not already listened to
it, you probably should. Extremely inspiring for any (not only modular)
musician. Thick analog basslines, rich sound landscapes and, what I liked
most I think, excellent percussion lines - you rarely hear such a nice
sounds in this part of composition.

As a sidenote - maybe it is not group original purpose, but I think it
would be nice if more reviews on music played on (not only :) modulars
would be presented here, as such music is sometimes hard to find.)

Best regards, Mikhail
