German electronics book ref

German electronics book ref

2002-06-28 by Stinchcombe Timothy

Hi list,
Following on from the discussions about the frequency shifter, I'm trying to track down the full title of a German book, and I'm hoping that one of our German members may be able to help me. Its called:

'Halbleiterschaltungstechnik'
by Tietze & Schenk

Any other info about it, like publisher, year of publication, and perhaps initials/fullnames of authors would be much appreciated - I I may then be able to chase down a copy through my local library.

(babelfish came up with 'monolith technology', which since my literal translation would be 'semiconductor switching technology' seems quite viable - but whether the book is about electronics in general or specifically IC design remains to be seen.
I also searched using alltheweb.com, but only got about 8 hits, which of course were in German, so would have required yet more effort to understand if they were relevant or not.)

Many thanks.

Tim
