Tru-Z Qadrature module?

Tru-Z Qadrature module?

2009-11-23 by cameron

The search system here doesn't seem to work?

At any rate I'm interested in phase quadrature, and the status of the module.

One thing was not clear to me when reading introductory literature to the module: does it also return the cosine of (any) input signal?

To speak the truth I don't understand what you mean with "return the cosine
of any input signal". The planned Tru-Z quadrature VCO is an oscillator. It
does not output the cosine of an input signal but generates a sine and
cosine signal simultaneously and the frequency of the sine/cosine is voltage
controlled.

Okay, thanks! At any rate the generation of simultaneous sine/cos of equal amplitude is the most important thing in the specific application I'm working on. So the module is a must-have, looking forward to it.

If you look only for simultaneous sine/cos of equal amplitude you may use
the A-143-9 which is already available.
