I've found the datasheet of CEM3394:

There is a diagramm on the last page. It seems that it's probably not possible, is it?

As the A-111-5 uses the CEM3394 there is no separate VCO output available.
One the triangle would be available if the signal of the frequency capacitor
of the CEM3394 is buffered.
