No, not really! It is possible to sort of make sense of this in specific circumstances (e.g. removing the CV2 pot on an A-110 would make it the same as the CV1 input, but then this is just the same as cranking the pot up to max anyway!).

I don't have an A-162, so I can't comment on whether it could be made VC controllable, or how easily. However, if you have a VC slew limit (A-171) and an A-150 you could (sort of) mimic the same kind of effect: feed the trigger/gate into the slew limit, and patch the slewed output into the CV of the 150; feed 5V and 0V into the two in's of the switch, and the out is now the delayed trigger/gate. The 150 switches between 0V and 5V depending on the level of the slewed output, and when this happens will depend on the amount of slew, which you should be able to control with a voltage. (I don't have a 171, but this does work with a 170.)

It also works with an A141 instead of the A171. My opinion is that 
having at least one envelope of the voltage-controlled variety in an 
A100 configuration is very useful - probabably more generally useful 
than a VC slew limiter. Like Tim, I have an A170 rather than an A171.
