Subject: New A100 user in Belgium says hello

Hi Paul,

Welcome to the club!
I'm from Holland. Maastricht to be precise. Which town are you from?

What system have you bought? Mini-system or Basic system 1 or 2?

I bought mine, a basic system 2 two years ago. Stepping into to modular synthesis is quite a new experience. Since then I'm not only have expanded into almost 4 rows, but learned a hell of a lot! But not without tutorials. You have to understand the basics before you get the hang of it.
Yes, it certainly is an amazing machine! Try just only one VCO (a-110) with a VCA (130/131) and patch a waveform of this VCO back into it's CV1 and CV2, you'd be amazed what different sounds/effects your come up with!!

greetings,

Roel.

Hello to everyone in the group

machine. It's not the easiest synth to get your head around, but it
seems well worth the effort.

Are there other people from Belgium/Holland here?

Is this the right spot to ask question on interfacing with other
equipment?

Best wishes

Paul

Hi Roel

I live in Antwerpen, Belgium. Maybe we could talk Dutch to eachother,
or is that rude on a list that uses English as a basic language?

Kind greetings

Paul

Given that you're probably the only two who would understand a Dutch
conversation, perhaps it would be more efficient for you to email each
other privately.
