Doepfer

Hi:

I have already fried another manufacturers module in my Doepfer case. My recent acquisition of a Livewire Dual Cyclotron came with the ribbon cable not attached. 

This is a Series 1 which has the board perpendicular.  It fits in my case fine.

Do I install the red strip down on the module and red strip down into the Doepfer case?

On Doepfer modules it's red strip down on the case and the module yes..
But I don't know how the other manufacturer wired its module.
So check this before connecting!

Hi Steve

I was hoping you would get more authoritative answers, but in the absence of, I wired my only Liverwire module red stripe down and it works.
The only module I have which is stripe up is a Cwejman.
