In fairness, Tripod is a free advertising-supported web page hosting 
service. Perhaps this member has created this page with modular 
information on it, or has run across it and wanted to pass it along.

I think he should introduce himself and describe what the web content 
that he wanted to pass along to the group was.

Pop-ups don´t look modular to me at all.
