learning from Dieter, i would say that the problem is probably a defective 'HSvco' of the module, or at worst case, the BBD chip itself...

Subject: [Doepfer_a100] A-188 problem?

Hi!
I just got a new Doepfer A-188-1 Module (2048 stages).
I just can't figure out why there is no delay effect at all.
With the polarity switches to the left, the dials at 12 and slowly turning up the Mix out the sound slowly disapear. No delay anywhere.
Am I missing something or I perhaps got a defect module?
Sincerely,
Lars Bröndum
