It is probably the fuse inside the Doepfer case. Mine has blown many times - usually after adding a new module or two. It seems that the power supply gets used to delivering a certain amount of power and if that changes the fuse blows. Well, that's what it seems like to me anyway which is why I keep a box of 10 fuses in my patchlead box at all times!

I am in the US, is the value different?
