I was wondering what patch could create an (approx.) "reset" function
of the A-143-9 Quadrature LFO.

Sorry that's not possible due to the circuit of the A-143-9. After all it's
nothing but a self oscillating filter. Resetting the signal would cause to
start with zero level followed by increasing sine/cosine signal until the
final level is reached. Reset would be possible only if the core of the
quadrature LFO is not a self-resonating filter circuit but a standard VCO
core (e.g. saw or triangle) followed by a waveform converter for the
sine/cosine signals.
